Because our services are informational, educational, or provided directly at the time of booking, we do not offer refunds, including but not limited to:

Oncology skincare education
Digital or downloadable content
Virtual classes or workshops
Any customized recommendations
Any skincare products unless damaged upon arrival

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with a photo and order details so we can assist with a replacement if applicable.
